What else can Anwar Ibrahim say? Choose wisely, vote responsibly Permatang Pauh

goya_food_wince.jpgAugust 26 is your time to vote and to choose your future. So Permatang Pauh voters, especially Malays, who wanted to see the continued progress of their race should support the struggles of Umno which has provided answers and resolved problems faced by the Malays.

AND

Should reject the opposition parties, particularly the DAP, Pas and PKR which played outdated politics. I do not deny there are one or two leaders with problems and this will be sorted out through the proper channels. But this should not be a ticket to level wild charges that all government leaders are corrupt.

The opposition parties have not only pursued a destructive line of criticism without making an effort to give credit where it was due, but were also prone to arousing racial sentiments. The DAP is inclined to making allegations that arouse Chinese sentiments which also offend the Malays. Pas and PKR tends to incite the Malays.

Another thing is Malaysia is guided by the cultural and value systems and the religious beliefs of its people. We have to choose between responsible democracy and destructive democracy. Our children's future is far too valuable for our race, religion and nation. Unlike the opposition parties, BN would not use the political platform to character assassinate others. But, the opposition condemns the government just because of a few bad apples among the leaders or members. This is very unfair.

We cannot accept wild allegations, baseless accusations and outright insults as a form of criticism
especially when they are levelled to gain political mileage. So, I advised the people not to be taken in by promises made by the opposition as it would not be able to deliver them. Just look at the people of Kelantan who could not depend on the Pas-ruled government as the state government itself relied very much on BN federal government allocations  while the BN never ceased to develop the country and help the people, it was not prepared to make unrealistic promises such as having the ability to make everyone rich.

Economic growth and stable political situation had enabled the government to continue to provide betterliving standard and facilities to people in both the urban and rural areas. Although there was serious attention given to physical and material developments, the BN Government did not neglect its responsibility to inculcate Islamic values among the people.

But, Pakatan Rakyat, especially PKR contesting in the Permatang Pauh by-election had a silent pact to break the good relations among voters of different races, when trying to garner support from the people. This is very dangerous politics. They are being racist in their desperation to win the by-election.

Yes, there are some problems affecting the Malays in Permatang Pauh, but other races in the area too have problems. We cannot just please one community and ignore the others. This is not the principle of BN. There is a pact between the DAP and PKR and they are out to destroy the racial harmony enjoyed by the different communities in Permatang Pauh.

The approach by the DAP and PKR could disrupt the nation's political stability and socio-economic progress. Let me remind you that a vote for the Anwar Ibrahim is a vote of betrayal to Umno and the Malays since he is trying to split the Malays to ensure victory for the DAP. Anwar and the DAP's brand of politics do not benefit the Malays or any other community.

Show the world that we are united and will always remain so. The world was focusing its attention on Malaysia to see if it could defend against the attacks on the country's economy. We have always enjoyed racial harmony and prosperity because we are politically stable and have always been united under the BN government. We must continue to rally behind the BN government and give our fullest commitment and support to help it tide over the present difficulties.

AND

We can do so by voting for Arif Shah and ensure a major victory for the BN candidate who will represent all the communities. The BN government was always sensitive to the needs of the people. When the people appealed for a reduction of the oil price through their BN representatives, BN leaders listened to them and adhered to their request. We know what is best for the people, unlike the Opposition which are always making noise and misleading the people.

What else can Anwar say? He cannot say anything bad about the government, so he called it a political conspiracy. Everything and think is 'CONSPIRACY'.

(Anwar would not swear on the Quran on sodomy allegation)
